Air-cooled, Solid State Microwave Generators
The Alter® SG 524 is an air-cooled, solid state, microwave generator with adjustable power from 45W up to 450W at 2.45 GHz.
This state-of-the-art solid state generator uses the latest and most powerful high frequency transistors, enabling breakthrough performance in modern solid state microwave technology. The Alter® SG 524 intelligent microwave system integrates a dynamic frequency tuning capability to minimize the ratio of reverse to forwarded power between 2400 to 2500 MHz. As opposed to other systems, the The Alter® SG 524 controls output frequency based on the users desired set point with 2MHz resolution. Robustness of the design is increased with built-in circulators and passive loads to withstand 100% reverse power condition and forward and reverse power monitor signals.
