Pirani type sensors offer enhanced stability and an automatic temperature compensation network. The 304 stainless steel sensors operate at half the
temperature of standard thermopile sensors. Use for high-vacuum applications.

Diaphragm type sensor offers quick response—less than 400 milliseconds full-scale. Select a diaphragm type sensor made from 316 stainless steel or silicon based on your application.
