This Gasprofi series incorporates advanced heating and flame sterilization technology. A flame monitor ensures safe operation and shuts off gas flow if the flame inadvertently extinguishes. All external components are constructed of stainless steel for maximum sterility, and the removable burner head allows thorough cleaning. Use with natural gas or propane/butane gases.
