Use this low-cost meter with pins for a surface moisture measurement in building materials such as wood, plaster, drywall, concrete, roofing, and insulation. A protective cap doubles as a calibration checker. Pins provide 3/8” (1 cm) penetration for testing soft materials such as soil, paper, or powders. Simply replace the pins when they wear out.
