- Standard 20-ft integral cable
Sensors induce a low current in a closed loop of solution, then measures the magnitude of this current to determine a solutions conductivity. Problems such as polarization, oily fouling, process coating, and contamination will not affect the performance of the electrodeless sensor.
Sensors are constructed of only one wetted material—choose from polypropylene (PP), PVDF, PEEK, or PFA. These nonconductive materials ensure the cell is electrically isolated from the process fluid. This eliminates ground loops which can affect accuracy.
Sensors measure from 0 to 200 µS up to 0 to 2,000,000 µS at a maximum flow rate of 10 ft per second. Cells include automatic internal temperature compensation (32 to 257°F, 0 to 125°C), and a 20 ft, PTFE jacketed, five conductor integral cable rated up to 200°C.
