TwinDISPLAY gives the user control of device specific parameters and temperature monitoring and graphical display of program sequence. Versatile menu functions make setting of language, time zone, daylight savings, and choice between Celsius and Fahrenheit simple and easy. Set point "wait "function guarantees process time does not start until set temperature is reached. Included USB port allow you to upload programs, read out protocol logs, and protect oven with individual user ID functions.

A built-in overtemperature protection system automatically switches off oven at approximately 10°C above the set temperature with audible and visual alarms. Individual min/max values can be set for the over/under temperature alarm. Other features include as internal data logger with a storage capacity of 10 years and an Ethernet interface for uploading and implementing programs and for online logging.
