Overview

Vibra-Cell™ Ultrasonic Liquid Processors
Predictable Performance. Cutting-Edge Ultrasonics.

Vibra-Cell™ is the most technologically advanced high intensity ultrasonic processor available to the researcher – and, we stand behind it with our industry leading 3-year parts and labor warranty.

Extremely capable and versatile, it can safely process a wide range of organic and inorganic materials – from microliters to liters. Typical applications include: sample preparation, dispersion, cell lysing, desegregation, homogenization, particle size reduction, soil testing, transesterification (including biodiesel production), nanotechnology (including nanoparticle and Graphene dispersion), acceleration of chemical reactions, degassing and atomization.

Ultrasonic Processors for Small and Medium Volume Applications

The VCX 500 offers 500 watts of power to handle a range of liquid processing applications. This model shares the same microprocessor based operating system and programming screens as the VCX750 system.

This model offers the same programmability as larger VCX versions. A standard ½” diameter probe with replaceable tip is included and many optional accessories are available to meet the needs of any application.

Typical applications include nanotechnology (producing nanoparticle materials and Graphene dispersions), cell lysing, sample preparation, homogenization, ChIP Assay, emulsification, disaggregation and deagglomeration, plus uses in the field of sonochemical processing.

FEATURES:
