These enzyme substrate kits for use with peroxidase detection systems offer a wide variety of applications. Numerous color choices are available for staining antigens in pigmented tissues and melanomas, as well as for localizing multiple antigens in the same tissue section. Viewing options for the substrates include brightfield, fluorescence, darkfield, electron microscopy, and spectral imaging.

The substrates also come in a varying degree of sensitivities. The ImmPACT peroxidase substrates are about 2-4 times more sensitive than the original peroxidase substrate kits. Vector VIP and ImmPACT VIP Substrate Kits produce intense, violet reaction products and can be used as alternatives to DAB or as a second color for multiple antigen labeling.
