The 4-way reversing valve makes it possible to reverse the flow in a refrigerating plant and create a defrosting system. Reversing the direction of flow means the evaporator becomes the condenser during the defrost process.
The cutaway models show commercially available elements from refrigeration technology such as compressors, valves, dryers and suction line receivers. The cuts are made in such a way that the design details are clearly visible.
The larger models are clearly mounted on a base plate. Two handles make them easier to transport.
