Complies with the requirements of ASTM D86 and DIN EN ISO 3405 for the distillation of petroleum products. The 125 ml DURAN® Engler Distilling Flasks are available with two different fittings, either a NS 19 / 26 ground joint or a beaded rim. The side arm has a length of 100 mm and a diameter of 7 mm. Both flasks are manufactured from a hydrolytically resistant borosilicate glass 3.3, which is defined as "Type I, Class A" in the ASTM Specification E 438.
