B/T Rapid-Load pump heads ensure fast and easy tubing changes and feature an occlusion mechanism that slides the tubing occlusion bed out of the way for easy and repeatable tube loading. An epoxy-powder coating prevents chemical corrosion and improves cleanup. The easy-opening door swings away to allow for CIP or SIP protocols. PerfectPosition™ pump tubing features tubing retention marks that indicate the exact length of tubing needed to give the best tubing performance and life.
Sturdy materials of construction include stainless steel/powder coated carbon steel/cast-aluminum pump head, and Nylatron® rollers for rugged dependability. IP56-rated housing protects against dust and water. Motor mounting hardware is included.
