DuoLux substrate kits are available for both peroxidase and alkaline phosphatase reactions to produce a strong chemiluminescent and fluorescent signal. The substrate luminesces in the blue range, with a peak emission at 453 nm. Fluorescent excitation occurs over a range of wavelengths: 254 nm, 365 nm, with maximum excitation at 405 nm. Maximum fluorescent emission occurs at 453 nm.
